I am Elena Serafinovska, Macedonian language teacher, in the high school "Koco Racin" in Sveti Nikole. My long time experience shows that the power of the students comes to manifestation through the out-of school activities such as:

• -literature clubs and recitation clubs
• -drama sections
• -multi-media activities

• -show their perspective
• -to change the relation with other people

Through the power of the word the young people:

• -increase their self-confidence
• feel the freedom of utterance
• -gaining new experiences
• -to show off their competitive spirit

Students take place in:

• -literature clubs with their own poems
• -events which are organized by the local self-management
• -school presentations

Bigger involvement is necessary as a help from our country to inspire these talented students, with awards and organization of all the competitions young people and students participate in.

Students actively participate in the USAID projects. They also think about being fully involved in multi-media and literature. That is the reason why they participate in:

• -media workshops- 25 students
• -media camps-3 students
