Follow Up North Macedonia
Follow-Up Activity
We did a follow-up activity on 10.12.2024 with 20 students aged 15 to 18 who could see how we spent our Erasmus project in Cyprus. The dissemination lasted 1 hour where we had a presentation where we allowed them to see what it was like to be on an Erasmus project and to share our experiences and try to transfer the knowledge we gained there in 1 hour.
Then the participants themselves had an activity that we chose from the project called the Three Monkeys activity. When they finished the activity, each team presented, and we discussed it. The goal of this dissemination was about the importance of communication and the ways of communication.

The "E=mc²" project was an emotionally intense journey, taking me from stress and tension to inspiration and self-discovery. I gained insight into my communication strengths and weaknesses and realized the value of sharing my skills—organizing activities, engaging participants, mentoring, and developing ideas rooted in values. This experience enriched my international exchange knowledge, showing that communication is a master key.

My first Erasmus+ experience was a personal success. Despite challenges and occasional miscommunication, we learned to collaborate through active listening and understanding. Living abroad, I see such programs as more than projects—they immerse you in new environments, connect you with diverse people, and teach cross-cultural communication. For me, turning the unfamiliar into the familiar was the most valuable outcome.

As my second Erasmus+ experience, it played an important role in my personal development. Despite some challenges, we tackled them through active listening and mutual respect. Living abroad has made me realize that these programs go far beyond being simple projects—they allow you to immerse yourself in different cultures, connect with people from various backgrounds, build vital cross-cultural communication skills, and create meaningful friendships.

This last Erasmus+ project was my first project. Despite the intense tension in a short time, we overcame it using the communication tools we learned during the project. I feel more equipped now to handle stressful situations within a team and communicate effectively, whether verbally or otherwise. While we faced some miscommunication during the work process, the meaningful lessons learned and the incredible connections made truly made it a wonderful experience overall.

It was incredibly fulfilling to encourage teamwork, address challenges, and cultivate an inclusive atmosphere where everyone could flourish and fully embrace this enriching cultural adventure.
