Follow Up
All the organisations have their own follow up plans as follows:
ACPELIA CYPRUS
Dissemination Plan ACPELIA CYPRUS
After the approval of the proposal, the logo of the program will be created, which will accompany every publicity action. A special space will be designed on the website of our association especially for the program where both the actions of preparation and the actions of the implementation of the program will be registered and displayed as well as the results from the integrated program. Also, we are going to create the webpage of the project. Following the selection of the beneficiaries, a communication and information exchange group will be set up between the youth, foundation, and local community working groups.

To achieve the best possible diffusion results, each individual action during the implementation of the program will be documented and made public through photographic and videotaped material during and after the completion of the program. These, together with printed material, will be the basis of the campaign for the dissemination of our results. The Erasmus + Outcome Platform will be used, which offers a comprehensive presentation of all Erasmus + funded projects, highlighting projects, good practices, and further dissemination of learning outcomes.
Also, Webpage of the project created: https://emc25.webnode.page/
The participants in the project, after a complete preparation and guidance, will be able to use their experience by organizing workshops, under the guidance of the team leader, where they will be able to transfer the know-how acquired during the program implementation. The youth will act as educators-multipliers in the local community and will deliver printed and electronic material for information and awareness of those interested. Each participant, during a specific time, will be publishing relevant material on the association's website, to inform all interested parties about the results of the project and extensive information will be provided from the first day that will be organized. All the announcements will be gathering and sent from the youth to the local press and to the association's collaborating bodies, as well as the material with the used training material during the project will be presented and distributed to youth organizations and associations from all the members.

In all our projects that we implement we are making open webpages to the public which always are there for long time after the ending of the project. Lithuania
To ensure the visibility and success of our project, NGO Meraki LT will implement a comprehensive dissemination strategy targeting both local and wider communities. We will start by organizing a series of impactful events and workshops with our local partner, Kelmės Bendruomeniniai šeimos namai. These events will include empowering workshops on body image and self-esteem, led by trained youth workers who will share their insights and lessons learned from the project. These interactive sessions will be designed to challenge societal standards of beauty and promote self-acceptance, providing participants with practical tools to foster a positive body image.
Additionally, we will engage families by organizing workshops and discussions that aim to create a supportive environment at home. These sessions will equip parents and carers with resources and strategies to reinforce body positivity and self-esteem among their children. By involving families, we hope to extend the impact of our project beyond the youth participants, ensuring a broader community benefit.
Our collaboration with Kelmės atviras jaunimo centras, the local youth centre, will further amplify our reach. We will integrate training sessions for the youth centre staff to promote body acceptance, ensuring that the principles of our project are embedded in their ongoing activities. This collaboration will help sustain the project's impact by embedding body positivity into the daily routines of the youth centre.

To provide a platform for self-expression and celebration of uniqueness, we will conduct creative arts workshops. These workshops will allow young people to express their feelings about body image through various art forms, fostering a safe and supportive space for open dialogue. This creative approach will help participants internalize the values of body positivity and self-acceptance.
Beyond local efforts, we will leverage digital platforms to broaden our project's reach. We will share project results, success stories, and participant testimonials through our website, social media channels, and local media. By documenting and showcasing the positive outcomes of our workshops and events, we will engage a wider audience and attract additional support.
Our project results will be shared with local schools, community organizations, and youth networks to extend the conversation about body image and self-esteem. We will also collaborate with regional and national youth organizations to disseminate our findings and methodologies, contributing to a broader dialogue on body positivity.
Overall, our approach combines local community engagement, digital outreach, and creative expression to maximize the visibility and impact of our project, ensuring that its benefits extend far beyond the immediate participants.
