Armenia PA
Firstly, from the very beginning Armen played a key role in organizing and presenting the webpage for the project generally. He took the initiative to collect photos of all participants, gather information about their expectations for the program, and compile short facts about each person. Additionally, he designed individual posters for everyone, showcasing his effort to create a cohesive and personalized presentation.
Second time, we met at the park and had a color picnic. We chatted for a while and then got down to work and discussed who should do what.
The first task was done by Armen. He made a poll with google forms. He included all the necessary questions, and we shared them on social media. The poll revealed that young people's involvement in youth programs in Armenia is low, primarily due to barriers such as lack of information, age restrictions, financial constraints, geographical challenges, and visa or legal issues, which limit their access and participation.
Research

Little Prince
During the second task, the goal was to provide a comprehensive overview of the programs available for young people in Armenia. Robert and Mane concentrated on several key points throughout their report. In the team they both with considerable experience in this area, discussed the programs we had personally participated in and used that knowledge to guide their work accordingly.
Activity
The third task was done by Roza and Anna. They thoughtfully developed an engaging exercise to explore the intricacies of communication dynamics, allowing participants to practice uninterrupted speaking and attentive listening, while emphasizing the significant value of patience and active engagement.
POSTERS
The fourth task was done by Hamlet and Luiza. They made digital posters. The first poster was about the color picnic, which was a kind of icebreaker and planning session for our team. They collected and displayed all the images and moments from that day.
The second poster highlighted the results of our online research about youth participation, with a focus on their involvement in decision-making processes and community projects.
The third poster introduced our team members. We sent Armen our images and some autobiographical material, he compiled our profiles with which Hamlet and Luiza finalized the third poster.
And the last one was done by Sona. She prepared the report summarizing all the work accomplished with the assistance of her teammates.
